Two Major Wildfires Burning in Boulder County, CO

The Calwood fire ignited in Boulder County early Sunday afternoon and has already burned an estimated 9015 acres. So far, nearly 3,000 people have been forced to evacuate. 

Dry conditions and high winds pushed the Cameron Peak fire east on Saturday. The record-breaking blaze, which has been burning since mid-August, grew to 203,753 acres by Monday morning and remains 62 percent contained.
