Job Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to provide creative and logistical support to marketing initiatives set by the Marketing Director. The ideal candidate is a team player, with strong copywriting and keen organizational skills. 



  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
  • Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed


Essential Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist in the development of emails, blogs, press releases, and other marketing materials
  • Exceptional proficiency in proofreading and copy editing
  • Ability to quickly learn and process information
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in the Insurance and Insurtech industry
  • Skilled in research methods– relevant events, industry information, and business to business (B2B) tonality
  • Ability to translate research into common language for social media and other content pieces
  • Aptitude with social media platforms’ content best practices mainly LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing
